Referrals and Services

Submitting a referral, inquiry, form, or payment does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, or continuation of services. Services begin only after required information is reviewed, applicable intake steps are completed, and Bright Beginnings confirms that the requested service can be provided safely and consistently with any governing court order.

Accuracy and Authorization

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit information about another person or child only when you are authorized to do so. You may not use the website to submit false, misleading, unlawful, threatening, or harmful content.

Payments and Cancellations

Payments are processed through SwipeSimple and may also be governed by a signed fee agreement. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or no-show terms contained in a signed agreement remain in effect.
